What RequestRhino does

RequestRhino is software that helps web design agencies sell care plans, manage client requests, and track credits. We provide the tool. Agencies provide the website services to their own clients.

Agencies and clients

• An agency's care plans, prices, credit rules, and cancellation terms are set by that agency. The agreement for website work is between the agency and its client.
• Credits are only used when a client approves an estimate. Approved estimates are kept as a permanent record.
• When payments are switched on, client payments go to the agency through its own Stripe account.

Your account

• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and only invite people who should have access.
• Don't store website passwords or other secrets in requests or messages.

Fair use

Don't use RequestRhino for anything illegal, to upload harmful files, or to try to access other people's data. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep RequestRhino running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never have downtime. We may update features and these terms. If we make a big change, we'll let you know.

Liability

RequestRhino is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, that come from using the service.
