Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Work you put in: agency and client names, website addresses, requests, messages, files you upload, estimates, approvals, and credit history.
• Basic technical data: sign-in cookies that keep you logged in, and standard server logs.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign you in, show you your work, and send notifications about your requests.
• To keep it secure and fix problems.
• We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see your data

• Agencies see their own workspace only. Clients see their own account only.
• Internal notes an agency writes are never shown to clients.
• We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), Vercel (hosting), and, when enabled, an email provider and Stripe (payments). They only process data to provide their service to us.

Agencies and their clients

When an agency invites its clients, the agency decides what client information goes into RequestRhino. For that data, the agency is responsible for its own clients, and we process it on the agency's behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. Credit and billing history is kept as a permanent record, because it's needed to settle any disputes. If you want your account deleted, get in touch and we'll remove what we can, keeping only what the law or open disputes require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also revoke RequestRhino's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings.
